The breakfast had good choices, but hot food needed to

stay warm! Some items were cold, and I even felt sick after eating the sausage. The room was comfortable, but overall, the dining experience could use some improvement.

The location was convenient for our trip.

Our experience was disappointing from the start. The room we received had a terrible smell of urine and dark spots on the carpet. Even after notifying the staff, they insisted there were no other rooms available and acknowledged that they needed to clean the carpets but couldn’t do it because the hotel was fully booked. After a long drive, we couldn't endure staying there and had to find a different hotel.

Our family vacation was fantastic! The front desk staff provided warm welcomes and helpful service. The room was spotless and contained convenient amenities, making our stay comfortable. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast—definitely a great way to start the day! I recommend checking out the complimentary coffee throughout the day.

The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options, with fresh coffee available around the clock and delicious evening cookies to look forward to. Staff were exceptionally friendly and addressed my needs promptly, enhancing the overall experience. However, on one occasion, the sausage served was cold and left a bad taste, impacting my enjoyment of the meal. Furthermore, during my stay, some hot food items were not adequately heated, which was disappointing. Despite these hiccups, the value and location made the stay worthwhile.

We loved our stay, especially the comfortable beds and the delightful breakfast options! A short drive to Lagoon Amusement Park was a hit with the kids, providing a fun day in the sun. The hotel staff made us feel right at home.

My kids wished the pool had better ventilation. It was too chlorinated for them to enjoy comfortably.

The location provides great access to nearby attractions without the hassle of the city. The breakfast offerings include hot options that cater to different tastes, making mornings easy for travelers.

The two queen bed room felt cramped with minimal furniture. just a wall-mounted desk and a small, uncomfortable chair made it feel bare. The mini-fridge lacked a freezer, limiting its utility for longer stays. Plus, despite being a newer facility, the elevators could definitely use a refresh to enhance efficiency and comfort.

The pool was cloudy, yet the staff ensured our comfort throughout our stay.

I had such a cozy stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! The beds were super comfy with plenty of fluffy pillows, perfect after a long day of exploring! The breakfast was a delight, with lots of choices and fresh coffee available 24/7. Their evening cookies in the lobby are a sweet bonus!

i had a great stay at hampton inn! the location was perfect—close to hill afb. the staff was friendly, especially pam, who made us feel right at home. we enjoyed the free breakfast, and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids. nice fitness center too!
